All of our candles and bath products are custom made and hand poured. Our products do not sit on a shelf. After you have placed an order we will send you a invoice for shipping. All of our products are drop shipped from our supplier. If you have any questions please email is at [email protected]. We will email you with shipping information once the product has left our suppliers store.
Because each product is created by you we do not allow returns unless the product arrived to you damaged.
